Hello friends,

It has been a little while since I last wrote to you because life has been very busy here.

I've had lots of adventures over the past few weeks, including a special trip on the Carlisle to Settle Railway. The weather was glorious, and I spent the day watching the world go by from the train window. There were rolling hills, beautiful countryside, and plenty of exciting smells waiting at every stop.

We stopped for lunch at The Golden Lion, where I was made very welcome. One of the highlights of the day was catching a glimpse of the famous steam train Blue Peter. Mum and Dad were very excited, and although I wasn't entirely sure what all the fuss was about, I enjoyed watching everyone smile.

There have been celebrations at home too. Mum had a birthday, which meant a barbecue, tasty food, lots of laughter, and time spent with family and friends. The garden has been full of visitors, and I've taken my role as Chief Welcome Committee very seriously.

Sometimes the best adventures aren't the biggest ones.

They are train journeys on sunny days, sharing a garden with people you love, making new friends, and finding joy in simple moments together.

Life hasn't slowed down much lately, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
